Аннотация. Рассматриваются авторские разработки научно-методического обеспечения мониторинга земель застраиваемых территорий для информационного сопровождения территориального планирования малоосвоенных территорий с точки зрения размещения на ней объектов капитального строительства. Обосновываются теоретические положения концепции мониторинга земель застраиваемых территорий, а также приводится ее принципиальная технологическая схема организации мониторинга.

Concept and technology of land monitoring in non built-up areas based on satellite images

Summary. The results of a research of the author in the field of developing the concept and technology of land monitoring of non built-up areas using space images are presented. Researches of other authors on the subject matter are analyzed. An analytical review of the scientific works of various researchers showed a number of unsolved problems in the area of the study. One of the main problems which is still not solved is the lack of a single technological solution aimed at monitoring the lands of sparsely constructed territories using space imagery materials. Scientific and methodological insecurity is observed in the field of cartographic monitoring of land monitoring in non built-up areas. A task is to develop a concept and technology for monitoring the lands of built on areas based on satellite imagery. The main provisions of the monitoring concept for lands of non non built-up areas are presented and justified. All the blocks of technology for monitoring the lands of non built-up territories, their structural organization and internal content are described in detail.
